Synthetic Elegance

What I love about skater skirts, and you should too, is how they seamlessly transition from summer to fall. I have worn my skater skirt with bodysuits and tank tops over the summer and I can’t wait to try and wear it with blazers, booties and parkas.

For a casual work look I’d wear the skater skirt with a button down shirt and a statement necklace. I’d take advantage of the fall’s trend and try to find a shirt with spikes on its collar, because that’s just how unoriginal I am.

Pair a skater skirt with a parka or blazer to get a bit of extra warmth. I also think it’s a good time to try the skater skirt in (faux) leather, for a more wintery look.

As you can see, I am experimenting with my illustrations and am trying to make the most of my Wacom Bamboo (yes, I’m old like that). All of today’s illustrations were made digitally using Artrage and Photoshop and are my own.
